All members are expected to meet all the recency experience required by the FAA. In addition, the club requires the following:
Flight Reviews
Every member is required to complete a flight review conducted by a DPC-authorized flight instructor every 24 months. In most cases, this can be conducted to the same standards as the FAA Flight Review, so you can kill two birds with one stone.
Other Recency Experience
In addition to the FAA’s recency experience for day/night/IFR operations, the club requires 3 takeoffs and landings to a full stop as PIC in a retractable landing gear aircraft within the last 90 days, and 3 hours of flight time in a retractable landing gear aircraft of the same make and model within the last 180 days.
